Professional Career

Alexander Noren qualified for Europe’s second tier Challenge Tour after reaching the finals of the European Tour qualifying school. He claimed his first victory in his rookie season at the Rolex trophy and finished at position three in the Challenge Tour rankings. He then graduated to the elite European Tour in 2007.

The professional golfer won his second title on the European Tour at the Saab Wales Open, which was organized at the Celtic Manor Resort. The win accorded him a spot at the WGC Bridgestone Invitational organized at Firestone Country Club. He went on to win his third European Tour title at the Nordea Masters held in Sweden. Even though he faced difficult conditions during the event, he came out the top and was ranked position 14th on the Race to Dubai. The professional golfer won his fourth European Tour title at the Swedish Nordea Masters, and this was his second win for this event. He clinched his fifth European tour title when he took home the win at the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open. This was the first time the professional golfer had won in back-to-back seasons.
